The study determined home care practices of caregivers for children with cerebral palsy in the City of San Fernando, La Union for the calendar year 2012. The descriptive method of research was employed in this study. The researcher utilized a questionnaire which served as the data gathering tool. Weighted mean and average weighted mean were utilized to analyze the data gathered.
