dc.description.abstract The implementation of sharps injury prevention policies facilitates hospital institutions in reassessing the quality of their efforts to protect their staff nurses. It is for these reasons that the researcher intends to identify the level of compliance of nurses in the Cordillera Administrative Region and the factors that influence their compliance. All these must be established in order to improve the quality of the workplace for all practicing nurses. A total of two hundred thirty-seven {237) staff nurses answered the study questionnaire. en_US
