dc.description.abstract The study determined the compliance to discharge care instructions among COPD clients in Selected Tertiary Hospitals of la Union as well as the strengths and weaknesses of COPD clients to discharge care instructions. It was conducted in the calendar year 2010-2011. This study involved one hundred forty eighth (148) COPD clients in selected Tertiary hospitals of La Union, (61) from Lorma Medical Center and (87) from Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center. en_US
