dc.description.abstract The study aimed to determine the extent of compliance to Infection Guidelines of Personnel in Hemodialysis Centers. The method used in this study is the descriptive design with the use of questionnaires in gathering data. Weighted means were utilized to treat the extent of compliance to infection control guidelines. The following are the salient findings : 1) The compliance to infection control guidelines among personnel in hemodialysis centers is generally acceptable and in consonance with established standards of practice. 2) The infection Control Guidelines which are more complied with among personnel in hemodialysis centers are executed to an optimal level. 3) The proposed measures can improve the level of compliance to infection control guidelines of personnel in hemodialysis centers. en_US
