dc.description.abstract The study describes the level of emotional health of the nurses in tertiary hospitals in Baguio City, to which, a descriptive - survey design was used, utilizing a survey questionnaire as the main tool in gathering the needed data. In addition, to supplement the gathered data, informal interviews, observation, participation, and library techniques were also conducted along the processes in this study. The study was conducted in the Tertiary Hospitals in Baguio City with the involvement of a total number of two hundred and seventy-five (275) respondents. Specifically, these hospitals included the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC), the Notre Dame De Chartres Hospital, and the Saint Louis University Hospital of the Sacred Heart. en_US
