The method used in this study was the descriptive design using a questionnaire to gather data in the study. For the profile, frequency and percentages were used; weighted mean was utilized to treat the extent of performance to infection control activities. One way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to determine the significant difference on the extent of performance to infection control activities according to their profile. The following are the salient findings: Most of the infection control activities were always performed by the Operating Room Personnel. There is no significant difference on the extent of performance according to age, sex, and designation but are significant to length of experience and number of trainings attended.
