The study was conducted to determine the delivery of services in the Treatment Centers of Programmatic Management of Drug Resistant Tuberculosis as a basis to propose measures to enhance its services. The descriptive research method was utilized in the study with a questionnaire as the primary tool used in obtaining the data. The target population included the thirty five staff and two hundred seventeen MDR-TB patients of the different Treatment Centers in Region 1.

This study  aimed to determine the capabilities  of the health care workers in dealing with hepatitis B in primary and secondary health institutions in La Union as a basis of formulating measures to enhance the respondents’ capabilities along with knowledge, management and prevention of hepatitis B.  The descriptive research method was utilized in the study with the questionnaire as the primary tool used to gather data. The researcher documented 324 health care workers in primary and secondary Health Institutions in La Union. Weighted mean was made to determine the degree of capabilities of the health care workers in dealing with hepatitis B. Items within an average weighted mean of 1.00-3.39 where considered the weakness while items with an average weighted mean of 3.40-5.00 where the strengths.
