<summary type="text">Healthcare practices of end-stage renal disease patients in the Province of La Union.

This study aimed to determine the healthcare practices among End – Stage Renal Disease Patients. The study was conducted in four (4) hemodialysis units in La Union namely, Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center, Lorma Medical Center, Hemotek Bacnotan and Agoo Family Medical Clinic. There are a total of 92 respondents in the study. Descriptive survey method and questionnaire were used in gathering the data which were treated using weighted mean and average weighted mean.
